SmarterMail Sync tabs not showing in Outlook 2007 and Vista
If the SmarterMail Sync tabs do not appear in Outlook 2007 and Vista, then performing the following steps will resolve your issue:
1)
Make sure that the Outlook.exe process is not running on your PC (make sure that Outlook.exe is not running in the Task Manager.)
2)
Then, in Outlook 2007, go to Tools
3)
Click on TrustCenter
4)
Click on Add-Ins

Uncheck Apply Macro Security setting to install Add-Ins
5)
Click OK
