eMail in the Junk E-Mail folder must be moved to the Inbox before it can be downloaded with a POP3 client. (Outlook, Safari, Eudora, etc)
Log on to the mail server: http://email.yourdomain.tld <-- replace yourdomain.tld with your domain name
Click Junk E-Mail folder
Select item(s) from list
Hover over 'Move' icon at top of list and select 'Inbox' from dropdown list.
The mail is now available for the next time you use your POP3 client to retrieve mail.
You can tell the mail server to skip the spam tests for individual email addresses or entire domains by adding them to your Trusted Senders list under My Spam Filtering
